When you use our contact form, request a quote, ask a question or book a service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the details of your message, and information about your vehicle and tires (such as make, model, year and tire size).

When you book an appointment online, your booking is handled by Square Appointments, which collects the details you enter there, such as your name, contact information and the service and time you choose.

When you search for or order tires through the tire search tool on our site, the tool is provided by TireConnect, which receives the search and order details you enter.

When you browse our site, our website platform and analytics tools automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site. Some of this is collected through cookies (see "Cookies and How to Opt Out" below).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your questions and quote requests, schedule and confirm appointments, find and order the right tires and wheels for your vehicle, provide our services, and contact you about your request. We also use website statistics to understand how visitors use our site, measure our advertising, and improve the site.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted by Wix, which stores the information submitted through our site forms and operates the site's own cookies.

Online booking is provided by Square Appointments. Tire search and ordering is provided by TireConnect.

Financing is offered through WippyPay, a third-party financing provider. If you apply for or use financing, you share your information directly with WippyPay, and its own privacy policy and terms apply. We do not control how WippyPay handles your information.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags, Google Analytics to measure site traffic, and Google advertising tags to measure the results of our online ads.

Some pages include embedded content from third parties, such as Google Maps and widgets from Elfsight and LocalImpact. These providers may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when the content loads.

Our site links to our Facebook and Instagram pages. If you follow those links, the privacy policies of those platforms apply.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established providers with their own security measures. No website or online transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as payment card numbers, through our contact form.
